Despite the slip-up: Inter is getting closer and closer to the Scudetto

The Serie A leaders from Milan couldn't get past a 1-1 draw against table laggards Spezia. Inter despaired of both the opponent and the offside: in the last minutes of the game, the Nerazzurri had two goals denied because the goals were preceded by extremely thin offside positions. First Romelu Lukaku celebrated (85th), then Lautaro Martinez (87th), but both times they were whistled back by the referee.

The game was also strange in other ways: Spezia took the lead in the 12th minute through Diego Farias, who was successful with a shot from the edge of the penalty area. Inter goalie Samir Handanovic looked anything but good. It was the Hafenstadt team's first shot on goal - and it was to be the only one in the game. As a result, Handanovic didn't have to make a single save. Inter equalized in the first half through Ivan Perisic and started an attack in the second half, but no goal would be scored.

In the table, the Milanese remain at the top of the standings with six laps to go and were even able to extend their lead to 10 points. City rivals Milan, in second place in the table, missed out on Wednesday to close the gap on Inter and secure their Champions League place: they suffered an unexpected 1-2 defeat at home against Sassuolo. The Rossoneri looked like the sure winner for a long time, as they were 76-1 up until the 0th minute thanks to a wonderful Hakan Calhanoglu goal. But then Giacomo Raspadori, who had just come on as a substitute and who, despite being only 21 years old, was already on the field as Sassuolo captain this season, turned the game around in the final minutes with a brace and thus gave himself an unforgettable evening. The defenders save Juventus After the 0-1 defeat against Atalanta, Juventus gave the right answer against Parma and won 3-1. The game didn't start as expected for the Andrea Pirlo team, as after 25 minutes Gaston Brugman scored to make it 1-0 for the guests. Then, however, Juve's defensive players took on the role of the goalscorers: left-back Alex Sandro equalized two minutes before the break and then gave the Bianconeri a 2-1 lead just two minutes after the restart. Central defender Matthijs de Ligt put the lid on it with a header in the 68th minute. In the table, Juventus is only one point behind second Milan.
