After 17 years: Chiellini leaves Juventus

Giorgio Chiellini has been under contract with Juventus since 2005. The central defender has worn the captain's armband since Gianluigi Buffon's departure. After the defeat in the cup final against Inter (2:4), Chiellini announced that he would be leaving the club at the end of the season.
