Europeans took back Ryder Cup and outclassed USA

Europe's golfers clearly dominated the favored US stars at the 42nd Ryder Cup and confidently recaptured the most important team trophy in this sport with a 17,5:10,5 victory. The necessary 14,5 points had already been determined on Sunday at Le Golf National near Paris in front of 51.000 spectators when four of the twelve final individual points had not yet been completed. The match winner for the Europeans was Francesco Molinari.
