Woods had a mediocre start to 2018

La Jolla (SID) Golf superstar Tiger Woods got off to a mediocre start in his first tournament of the year in his Californian home. The 14-time major winner only played a par 72 round on the first round in La Jolla and finished only 84th. Woods was extremely optimistic before his performance: "It feels good to be able to train normally and not feel any pain that radiates down my leg. I haven't felt this good in years."
