Karate champion Noah Bitsch supports Karate Mühlbach

Noah Bitsch is an active athlete in the German Karate Association (DKV). His greatest successes to date: Vice World Champion, European Champion and 20 times German Champion. “Anyone who is the best karateka in a nation for 20 years demonstrates the quality that makes a true champion: consistency,” says Karate Mühlbach coach Martin Pezzei, who adds: “Anyone who wins a tournament is a winner; Anyone who consistently delivers top performance over the years is a true champion.” Due to the friendship between the exceptional athlete Noah Bitsch and “Karate Mühlbach”, the karate professional is giving South Tyrolean athletes numerous suggestions for training online during this challenging time. Training during the Corona crisis The Corona crisis is challenging and a tough test for many. Noah Bitsch advises karatekas to stay positive and use this time - to work on their own weaknesses, to direct the training towards things for which there is often not enough time, etc., so that positive fruits can grow from it. Regardless of whether you train together in the hall or - like now - have to train alone at home, Bitsch advises giving 100% to every training session - 100% in commitment, commitment and willingness to learn. “If you give 100% in training, you can easily go to tournaments knowing that you have given everything; If the competition doesn't go according to your expectations, you can still look at yourself in the mirror and be aware that you have given everything," says Bitsch, who points out that not only during competition, but also during training, the head, attitude and motivation are crucial. “Love what you do – and do what you love” is one of his most important mottos. “Never give up working on yourself,” is another piece of advice from Noah Bitsch, who adds: “You have talent or you don’t have it – but in any case you can work hard on yourself,” was his suggestion to the members of Karate Mühlbach. “Because if better is possible, then good is not good enough,” says Bitsch, who will be coming to Mühlbach again for a Kumite stage in December this year.
