For these achievements, the athletes at Karate Mühlbach train with exemplary hard work and prepare specifically for the various challenges of the season, which is why this path is more valuable for Karate Mühlbach than precious metal - “even if we are of course deservedly happy about every podium place,” says Pezzei.

Kumite (duel) The duel is the real strength of Karate Mühlbach, even though relatively few athletes take part in this discipline - the main reason is that these athletes have to train at least three times a week. However, the high training workload as well as the additional weekly mental training shows the fruits that Karate Mühlbach is deservedly proud of.

Frida Schweiger as well as Fabian Pezzei and Martin Pezzei won gold in their respective categories. Antonio Zaccari and Florian Filehner achieved second place on the podium, while bronze went to Madleen Unterhuber and Darko Ostojic. Ramón Motta and Laura Peintner came in 5th.
