Vanessa Kofler climbs onto the podium

At the fourth and final Italian Cup Lead in the adult class from September 24th to 25th in the “Orobia” climbing hall in Bergamo, Vanessa Kofler took third place. Together with Leonie Hofer and Hannes Grasl, who finished eighth and twelfth respectively, Kofler won the team ranking for the AVS Passeier team.

Vanessa Kofler showed a decent performance in the final and came third. As a result, she ended up in second place in the overall youth ranking of the Italian Cup. Leonie Hofer also made it to the final and ultimately came eighth. Hannes Grasl placed 12th and was third best in the overall youth ranking. AVS Passeier won the team competition.

The women's competition was won by Savina Nicelli, followed by Illaria Maria Scolaris. In the men's category, Nicoló Sartirana won, ahead of Giovanni Placci and Giorgio Tomatis. AVS Passeier won the team competition. A total of 8 athletes from the South Tyrolean state squad made it to the semi-finals.
