Abs challenge: Semenya beats Ronaldo

Semenya easily put Ronaldo in his place with 176 crunches in 45 seconds in the abdominal muscle challenge announced by the world football star. “Not bad for a Sunday,” commented the 29-year-old South African on Instagram.

“Can you keep up and break my record?” With these words, Ronaldo challenged his followers and delivered 142 crunches himself.

Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland also took part in the challenge. However, with his 124 repetitions, the 19-year-old cannot come close to Caster Semenya.
