Indoor Italian Championships in Ancona

After the two Italian youth championships, the general class indoor title fights will take place this weekend in Ancona. These are the 45th indoor championships, the eighth in the capital of the Marche. A total of 425 athletes (220 men and 205 women) registered, plus forty relay teams. South Tyrol is only represented by a small group, led by the athletes from the Bolzano club Athletic Club 96 as well as Christian Obrist and Anna Stefani. On Saturday and Sunday, 26 titles will be awarded in Ancona: 13 for men and 13 for women.
