Hofer and Thaler win the Kaltern-Mendel mountain race

After a four-year break, the mountain run from Kaltern to the Mendel took place again for the first time on Sunday. The men's victory went to Henry Hofer from Sarner, while Edeltrauf Thaler from Lana was the fastest in the women's race. The mountain run was also the fourth stage of the newly founded racing series of the regional athletics association “South Tyrol Running Trophy 2017”.
