Italy finishes DécaNation in last place - 4th Rifesser and Kirchler

The “Azzurri” did not get past seventh and last place in the traditional international comparison match in the “Sébastien Charléty” stadium in Paris on Sunday. The victory in this year’s DecaNation, which was launched in 2005 and provides for a competition for each discipline of the decathlon ( From 2009 onwards, additional disciplines were added to the program) went to the USA with 131,5 points, ahead of Russia (120,5) and hosts France (86). Italy achieved 51,5 points, thanks also to Lukas' fourth place Rifesser over 800m and Hannes Kirchler in the discus.
