Mamleev and Pircher win Schenna Taser mountain run

The endurance athletes had to complete a total of 5,6 kilometers or 666 meters in altitude from Schenna to the mountain station of the Taser cable car. The fastest was Mikhail Mamleev in 31,21 minutes. The Russian-born member of the sports team was just under 14 seconds ahead of second-placed Martin Stofner from Sarntal, who won last year. Third place went to Henry Hofer. Meanwhile, in the women's category, last year's winner Edeltraud Thaler had to give way to Anna Pircher. The woman from Val Venosta took victory with a time of 38,18 minutes and relegated her worst opponent to silver with just over half a minute's lead. Petra Pircher came third.
