Unsuccessful heptathlon debut for Marco Colombo

The heptathlon debut of South Tyrol's best all-around athlete went wrong. Marco Colombo from Bolzano gave up after six of seven disciplines at the Italian Indoor Championships in Ancona. Lisa Seppi ensured the best South Tyrolean result. The Lanan woman, who is starting for SG Eisacktal this year, took fifth place in the U18 all-round competition.
