The athlete from the Merano sports club won a complete set of medals in Torun, as she also won silver in the pentathlon with 3719 points and bronze in the 60m hurdles in 12,42 seconds. Zorzi took 4th place with Italy's 200x4m relay team (with Cäcilia Pircher) and was sixth in the long jump.

World champion Rudolf Frei beaten by Vincenzo Felicetti In the 400m M65, Vincenzo Felicetti from Calabria took revenge on Rudolf Frei from Meran for the defeat last year at the World Indoor Championships in Budapest. This time too, the two “Azzurri” finished the race in the first two places, but in reverse order. Felicetti won in 1.01.47:1.01.56:200 minutes, just nine hundredths ahead of Frei (5:4:200). The next Masters Indoor European Championships will take place in Ancona from Tuesday, March 29th to Sunday, April 3rd, 2016. The title fights are returning to the Marche after 2009.
