Rifesser wins in Vienna, but misses the European Championship standard

Lukas Rifesser won the 800 m run in 1:48.37 at an international indoor meeting in Vienna. However, the 4-year-old from Bruneck missed the targeted European Championship standard for the continental title fights from March 6th to 24th in Paris by a tiny 7/100.
