Schwazer's dream is moving further away again

According to the National Olympic Committee's anti-doping attorney (CONI), the doping ban against Alex Schwazer should not be shortened. She sent this recommendation to the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the International Athletics Federation (IAAF) on Friday. The decision on shortening will be made in September.
