Silvia Weissteiner remains unbeatable in Oderzo

In the small town in the province of Treviso, Silvia Weissteiner has long since become a serial winner. The 35-year-old repeated her success last year and won the international race for the seventh time. Weissteiner completed the 5.470 meters in a time of 17,44 minutes, 6 seconds faster than second-placed Anna Incerti.

Sterzinger Anna Stefani narrowly missed the top ten in twelfth place, while her teammate Anna Lena Hofer recorded the best junior time in 26th place.

There was also a notable success for South Tyrol among the men: Markus Ploner from Wipptal finished the 9.800-meter run in ninth place. His time was 29,26 minutes. The Bolzano triathlete Daniel Hofer took 16th place. The Italian-Moroccan Yassine Rachik won.
