Silvia Weissteiner and Christian Obrist acquitted
The anti-doping public prosecutor's office of NADO Italy had - based on the “Olimpia” investigation requested by the public prosecutor's office in Bolzano - investigated 26 athletes, including the South Tyrolean middle-distance runners Christian Obrist and Silvia Weissteiner, because they did not properly report their whereabouts for doping controls had. Now the case has come to a happy end with the acquittal of the track and field athletes.
