Stefano Andreatta misses re-election

Stefano Andreatta narrowly missed being re-elected to the board of the national athletics association Fidal. The 49-year-old from Brixen, like the South Tyrolean regional association, supported the previous vice president Alberto Morini in the fight for the presidency. However, Alfio Giomi was elected as Franco Arese's successor as Fidal president yesterday at the general assembly in Milan.
