South Tyrol's athletics community mourns the loss of Elisabeth “Betty” Strobl

The memorial service for Elisabeth Strobl, one of the most successful South Tyrolean track and field athletes, took place today in the parish church of Toblach. The former Dobbiaco hurdle sprinter and all-rounder died on April 29th in Frankfurt after patiently enduring illness.
