Four South Tyrolean victories at the all-around meeting in Lana

The girls' U16 pentathlon was dominated by the athletes from SSV Bruneck. Alexa Schneider came out on top with 3.853 points, just ahead of Hannah Thaler (3.733) and Greta Amhof (3.593). For the boys of the same age, victory went to Vinschgau: Hannes Kaserer from LAC finished the six-way battle with 3.321 points. Second place went to local hero Manuel Antonucci (2). The podium was completed by Diego Basteri from Trentino. There were pure South Tyrolean podiums in the U3.260 age groups. In the girls' all-round competition, Sophie Seehauser from Vipiteno was at the top with 2.505 points, followed by Hanna Mayr (LAC Vinschgau, 2.351) and Sarah Peroni (2.294) from SAB in second and third place. In the boys' four-way competition, Andrea Bassani from Bolzano from SAB was able to hold his own with 2 points ahead of club colleague Stefano Rossi (3) and Leo Pedo (2.407) from the Südtirol Team Club. David Pircher from SV Lana shone in the U20 men's decathlon. The Burgstaller landed in second place with 5.629 points, behind Simone Corona (5.740). At the weekend Lana was once again the mecca of the all-around competition. At the well-attended meeting, some South Tyrolean young talents also showed their best side.
