GREAT BRITAIN: The Guardian: “The Frenchman (Esteban Ocon) dealt with a fierce challenge from Vettel. It was a great first career win for the 24-year-old Frenchman, who trailed Vettel by almost a second for most of the race, and a consummate display of controlled driving under pressure. He had strong nerves when the German pushed him to the flag.”

Daily Mail: “Sebastian Vettel was dramatically disqualified at the Hungarian Grand Prix , because he didn't have enough fuel in his car at the finish - which caused Lewis Hamilton to move up to second place. The Aston Martin driver finished second, behind Alpine's Esteban Ocon, in an exciting 70-lap race (...)" ITALY: The Sports Gazette: “A GP that never ends. One of the most exciting F1 races of the year is taking place in Hungary, but the surprises didn't end with the (...) checkered flag. Sebastian Vettel, who came second behind Ocon, was even disqualified by the race officials.”

But in the umpteenth surprising twist of a crazy race, Vettel was disqualified five hours after the end because it was not possible to remove a liter of fuel from his tank, as required by the regulations. AUSTRIA: Krone newspaper: “It was a turbulent race in Hungary, a sensational victory for Esteban Ocon, a mass crash at the start, Vettel subsequently ruled out, a restart – everything was there that could create excitement.” SWITZERLAND: Look: “Sebastian Vettel takes second place in the crazy Hungarian GP. But it is taken away from him again by the FIA. The German will be disqualified.”
