Formula 1 mourns the loss of race director Charlie Whiting

Shortly before the start of the new season, Formula 1 mourns the sudden death of its long-time race director. Charlie Whiting died on Thursday morning (local time) in Melbourne of a pulmonary embolism at the age of 66, the world motorsport association FIA announced.
