Haas starts Formula 1 tests late due to freight problem

Things aren't really going well at the Haas Formula 1 racing team, where South Tyrolean Günther Steiner is in charge. After the separation with the main sponsor Uralkali and driver Nikita Masepin, there were now logistical problems.
