Hamilton is never happy with his looks

"I can honestly say that I'm never 100 percent happy with the way I look, so I'm working on a better version of myself," he wrote under a photo that shows him with a bare (and toned) body.

He wants to encourage his fans to accept themselves as they are. “I just want to let you know that you are perfect just the way you are. If you want to change, then do it. But because you want it and not your trainer or an outsider. A coach can help, but ultimately it’s your decision what you do.”
