Hamilton raves about visiting the favela

“I love days like this. I had so much fun with these kids,” the racing driver wrote on his Instagram account on Wednesday evening (local time). “It was so nice to see the great work JR and 'Casa Amarela Providência' are doing to promote creativity and education in the heart of the Favela Providência in Rio. Thank you for the invitation, I can’t wait to come back.”

The “Casa Amarela” (Yellow House) is a cultural center founded by the French artist JR and the Brazilian photographer Mauricio Hora in 2009. “Sir Lewis Hamilton climbed the Providência favela,” wrote the newspaper’s journalist René Silva Voz the Comunidades on twitter.
