Leclerc receives penalty for changing engine

After Red Bull driver Sergio Perez and Alfa Romeo driver Guanyu Zhou, world championship third-place finisher Charles Leclerc will also receive a penalty for an unauthorized engine change in his Ferrari at the US Formula 1 GP in Austin, Texas.
