It was a race to remember, without question. Not because there were countless overtaking maneuvers. No, they were once again in short supply in Monegasque. The classic Formula 1 race provided some further insights on Sunday with rain, crashes and interruptions. Don't underestimate the supposed helper: Deep down, Sergio Perez will certainly have felt satisfaction towards Red Bull.

He now has 110 points in third place, just six fewer than Charles Leclerc in the Ferrari and 15 fewer than teammate Max Verstappen at the top. Now the question arises: How does Red Bull deal with possibly two title candidates in its own team?

The race, however, revealed the fundamental problem of the track: for many laps the four drivers at the front drove closely behind one another. There was only one thing that wasn't possible: overtaking.
