For the reigning Formula 2 champion, his father is simply “the best the sport has ever seen, so why should I want to distance myself from him?” Schumacher will drive for the Haas racing team in 2021, who finished second to last in the constructors' championship last season. Schumacher should and is allowed to mature with the US team - and that's what he wants: "My goal is to learn and understand as much as possible so that we can progress as quickly as possible and lose as little time as possible."
