Dark clouds of smoke rise not far from the Formula 1 track, as the video from Jeddah shows. Yemeni Houthi rebels said they targeted an oil company Aramco facility in a rocket attack. Aramco is a sponsor of the F1 team Aston Martin. There has been war in Yemen for 7 years; it is considered a proxy war between Saudi Arabia and Iran.
