It all sounded completely different on Tuesday. “Honestly, I feel like giving it all up right now. To shut down completely,” Hamilton had written: “The world is a broken place. Why care when the world is such a mess and people don’t seem like they care.”

Hamilton’s demand was clear: “Go vegan. It's the only chance to truly save our planet, and it's easy. You just have to think about it.” He himself wanted to “take a step back for a moment and collect my thoughts. Thank you to everyone who cares about the world.”
