Motorcross riders open North-East championship

In the opening race in Veneto, Liam Pichler from Steinegger celebrated two impressive race victories. The flagship of the Branzoller Motoclub Ferlu Racing prevailed in the 65 Cadetti category. Jakob Gampenrieder from MC Meran, however, was at the top in the 65 Debuttanti class, while TTS driver Fabio Payer took the third South Tyrolean victory in the MX2 Challenge category. Daniel Kustatscher from MAC Brixen also made it onto the podium in second place in the MX2 Challenge class. Claudia Schwarz took third place in the girls class, Norbert Lantschner (Masters Open) and Massimiliano Rizzardi (MX1 Fast) also took third place. Thomas Arnoldo and Michele Della Vecchia also performed well in Albettone. They came fourth and fifth respectively in the MX2 Expert class. Elia Fulco (65 Cadetti) also narrowly missed out on the podium in fourth place. Lukas Messner from Brixen also ended up in the top ten: He placed seventh in his first race in the 85 Junior. Giovanni Romano, on the other hand, came ninth in the MX1 Expert. Two 10th places went to Moritz Flarer (MX2 Expert) and Riccardo Baldo (125 Senior). The Motocross North-East Championship continues on April 18th with the second stage in Fara Vicentino. Motorcross riders open North-East championship

Numerous South Tyrolean pilots took part in the first race of the 2022 Motocross North East Championship in Albettone. There were many good results from the local drivers.
