Strong performances from the South Tyroleans in Pietramurata

It was exciting in the 125 Junior class, in which Felix Stuppner led in the first run, then fell back due to a fall and had to hand over the victory to Markus Niedermair. The Motoclub Neumarkt pilot also took the second run and the daily ranking ahead of Steinegger's top favorite and teammate Tobias Auer. Stuppner from AMC Bressanone came third, while Fabian Lantschner from ST had to settle for fourth place.

Lukas Tschager from TT Südtirol won the 85cc Junior class ahead of six other South Tyroleans. Maximilian Oberhuber and Martin Lantschner made it onto the podium. Christof Leitner also celebrated a victory in the Challenge MX2 class. The AMC Bressanone pilot came out on top with 240 points, clearly ahead of his teammate Moritz Huber (180).

The MX2 Expert class was also exciting, where the Merano duo Jakob Thurner and Andreas Mair were in the lead until shortly before the end, but were then overtaken by Luca Borz from Nonsberg, who competes for the Branzoller club Ferlu Racing. In the Veteran Over 40 class, Helmuth Braun won, Martin Sanin came in 3rd. The Veteran Over 48 class was won by Norbert Lantschner from MC Evergreen. The last South Tyrolean victory was won by Michael Thaler from TT Südtirol, who was able to hold his own in the MX2 riders ahead of Mike Seebacher from Motoclub Neumarkt.

In just over two weeks, on June 24th, the fourth race of the seven-part motocross regional championships will take place in Pergine.

Strong performances from the South Tyroleans in Pietramurata

The third race of the regional motocross championships recently took place in Pietramurata in the province of Trento. As always, there were numerous local pilots among the over 110 participants.
