South Tyrolean motocrossers in constant use

Davide Gasparotto, who competes for the Branzoll club Ferlu Racing, took the day's victory in the MX2 Challenge class. Norbert Lantschner also climbed onto the podium. The MC Evergreen's flagship showed its usual solid performance and placed second in the Open Master category. Elia Fulco also did well, coming fifth in the 85 Junior. Four sixth places went to Lukas Messner (85 Senior) from Brixen, Thomas Arnoldo (MX2 Expert), Martin Niedermair (Open Superveteran) from Motoclub Neumarkt and Fabio Zolin (MX2 Challenge). With Jakob Gampenrieder (65 Cadetti), Silvano Pillon (Open Masters, both eighth) and Moritz Flarer (MX2 Expert, 9th), three other local pilots made it into the top ten. In Albettone, however, the second elimination round for the Italian Mini and Junior Motocross Championship (North Zone) was held. The South Tyroleans were not able to present themselves so well here. The best result came from Elia Fulco, who came 11th in the Junior 85 class. Liam Pichler finished 19th in this race. Jakob Gampenrieder from Merano finished the 65 Cadetti race in 14th place, Lukas Messner came 85th in the Senior 13. Dominik Varotto and Alex Gruber (both Junior 125) could not qualify for the race They qualified for the A final and had to settle for 7th and 17th place in the B final. The second round of the prestigious Italian Championship also took place on Sunday in Maggiora (Novara). The only participant was Georg Falser. The pilot from MC Meran reached 2th place in the B final of the MX27 class.

South Tyrolean motocrossers in constant use

The second round of the Motocross North East Championship took place in Fara Vicentino. A total of 300 participants took part, including numerous South Tyroleans.
