Mountain slalom from Vintl to Terenten

After the mountain slalom on the Mendel, a second mountain slalom will be held in South Tyrol. On September 2th, a mountain slalom from Vintl to Terenten by Auto Hofer will be held for the first time.

Keyword mountain slalom The pilots complete a training run on the race track (Sunday from 9 a.m.) and three competition runs, with the fastest one counting. On the straights there are combinations of cones, so-called chicanes, to reduce the top speed. The chicanes must be driven through cleanly. If a cone falls, a 3-second penalty will be added to the driving time.

Admission to this motorsport event is free, and the organizers are hoping for a large number of spectators. The program: Saturday September 14nd: 15 p.m. to 18 p.m.: Technical inspection at the Radmüller workshop Sunday September 15rd: from 9 a.m.: road closure 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Test run & 1st competition run 12 p.m. to 13 p.m.: Street open 13.30 p.m. to 17 p.m.: 2nd & 3rd race How to get to the race?: To Terenten: via Kiens-Issing-Terenten To Terenten: via Bruneck-Pfalzen-Issing-Terenten Warm-up party and raffle for co-drivers in the “Race Taxi” On Saturday, September 14th, the warm-up party of the FF Untervintl and FF Obervintl starts at 18 p.m. near the paddock. The winners of the raffle will be announced at 21 p.m. The main winners are allowed to ride as a passenger in the “Race Taxi” on the race track. One of the drivers is none other than Bernd Zanon, South Tyrol's most successful rally driver.

Mountain slalom from Vintl to Terenten

On September 15th, the Racing Team Meran and the Motocross Club Brixen are organizing the 1st mountain slalom from Vintl to Terenten.
