Scandal in Portimao: Russian kart driver shows Hitler salute

The young Russian kart driver Artyom Severyukhin showed the so-called Roman salute during the Italian anthem at an award ceremony. This fascist gesture is also known as the Hitler salute in Germany. The world association FIA therefore launched an investigation into the minor's “unacceptable behavior” on Monday.
