Winter tests: Alfa Romeo outperforms Ferrari

At the start of the third day, Vettel's former teammate Kimi Räikkönen secured the best time of the week in the Alfa Romeo, but the Finn achieved 1:17,762 minutes on a softer and therefore faster tire compound.

At Ferrari everything went according to plan on Wednesday morning. Vettel was second fastest man on the harder tires in 1:18,350 minutes and came within two tenths of a second of his personal best from Monday.
