Giro: Trieste celebrates overall winner Quintana - Mezgec wins last stage

The last stage of the 97th Tour of Italy from Gemona to Trieste goes to the Slovenian Mezgec, who can hold his own in the sprint ahead of Nizzolo and Farrar. Quintana celebrates his first Giro victory ahead of his Colombian compatriot Uran and the surprisingly strong Sardinian Fabio Aru. Manuel Quinziato from Bolzano finished the tour in 112th place, but his captain Cadel Evans and the BMC missed a top position.
