Giro: Ulissi with a masterpiece, Evans sniffs victory

The fifth section of the Giro d'Italia took participants on Wednesday over a distance of 203 kilometers from Taranto to Viggiano. Diego Ulissi stood out, prevailing in the sprint ahead of BMC captain Cadel Evans and the Colombian Julian Arredondo Moreno. As always, Manuel Quinziato worked well for his captain Evans and reached the finish 11.57 minutes behind.
