Manuel Quinziato's team celebrates its second stage victory in South Tyrol

With five mountain classifications, the South Tyrol stage on Thursday was particularly demanding. On the final climb to St. Ulrich, the breakaways Tejay Van Garderen (BMC Team) and Mikel Landa (Team Sky) were almost uncatchable and the captain of Quinziato ultimately relegated the Spaniard to second place in the finish sprint. The peloton will leave South Tyrol after 15 km on the Kreuzberg Pass.
