Bike Transalp begins with South Tyrolean victory

The 19th Bike Transalp started in Imst on Sunday. On the first of seven stages of crossing the Alps by mountain bike, around 800 participants had to cover 88,85 kilometers to Nauders and climb 2.960 meters in altitude. There was also a South Tyrolean victory at the start.
