Sellaronda Hero: Route changed due to landslides and snow

The Sellaronda Hero will take place on Saturday, June 22, 2013. After just three editions, the mountain bike marathon through the Dolomites is part of the UCI Marathon World Series, the world cup of long-distance races, for the first time. Due to a landslide on Dantecëpies (Wolkenstein) in May of this year and the heavy snow at high altitudes, the route had to be changed at short notice.
