South Tyrol Cup: Rabensteiner in second place - all results

The men's race went to Andrea Righettini. The rider from Team Todesco left the unlucky driver of the day Fabian Rabensteiner (ASV St. Lorenzen), who had a flat tire on the second lap and fell far behind, as well as Matteo Olivotto (Sunshine Racers Nals) behind him. Righettini took the lead after the first lap and crossed the finish line after 1:10.50 hours, 1.37 minutes ahead of Rabensteiner. Olivotto's gap to the winner was more than three minutes.

Judith Pollinger was fastest among the women. The biker from the Hard Rock Merida club crossed the finish line in 59.36,4:1 minutes and was the only one of the riders who had to complete four laps to stay under the one-hour mark. Pollinger relegated Cornelia Schuster (01.45:1) and Franziska Tanner (02.52:XNUMX) to places. Tanner also won the junior women's event.

The second stage of the South Tyrol Cup took place in Naturns on Tuesday. More than 140 riders took part in the race organized by the Ötzi Bike Team. Andrea Righettini won in the men's category, while Judith Pollinger held her own in the women's category.
