TrailTrophy: Wildhaberer and Thoma win in Latsch

A few top drivers registered at short notice, ensuring a top-class line-up. After twelve stages, Gustav Wildhaber (Cube Action Team / FOX) achieved the absolute best time with 33:57,65 minutes. In the final tally, Wildhaber was almost 45 seconds ahead of Matthias Stonig (Levelnine). Third fastest was last year's winner Stefan Peter (Wheeler iXS Team) in 35:31,48 min, who took second place in the men's main class ahead of his teammate Tim Bratschi (Wheeler iXS Team; 35:31,48 min).

In the women's category, top German enduro rider Ines Thoma (Ergon / Canyon Factory Enduro Team) won in 40:21,81 minutes, competing in the Ambassador Class of sponsors and partners. Sofia Wiedenroth (Cube Action Team) was the second fastest woman in 40:58,16 minutes, winning the Riders Women class ahead of Alba Wunderlin ( Stützrädli) in 42:19,28 minutes. Third place in the Riders Women class was Laura Zeitschel (Kurbelkraft & Mijo Bikes) in 44:10,25 min. Winner Ines Thoma had already competed in Latsch a few times, but was also surprised: “Two stages were completely new for me and I didn’t even know that – but that’s what enduro racing is all about in the long run.”
