Alaphilippe takes the Tour lead with a stage win like last year

Like last year, Julian Alaphilippe took the yellow jersey at the Tour de France. The local hero from France won the second stage on Sunday, a mountainous section over 186 km in the hinterland of Nice, and slipped into the lead jersey.
