Belgian cycling talent has to give up

After the German cycling hope Emanuel Buchmann, the Belgian top talent Remco Evenepoel also dropped out of the Giro d'Italia early. According to a statement from his Deceuninck-Quickstep team, the 21-year-old will not take part in the 18th stage on Thursday.
