German breakaway wins 16th Tour stage

The German Lennard Kämna won the 16th section of the Tour de France from La Tour-du-Pin to Villard-de-Lans (164 km) on Tuesday as the strongest of a large escape group and was the first German on his umpteenth attempt Stage win since John Degenkolb in Roubaix two years ago.
