No objection from Cobo: Froome receives Vuelta victory in 2011

Juan Jose Cobo, who was subsequently disqualified for doping during his Tour of Spain victory in 2011, has decided not to appeal against the sanctions imposed by the World Cycling Federation (UCI). In his place, Chris Froome becomes the winner of the Vuelta.
