Shocking moment: Vuelta winner clears officials

The Spanish professional cyclist Jesus Herrada has taken the overall lead at the Vuelta. When the Frenchman Alexandre Geniez (AG2R) won on the last flatter section before the groundbreaking mountain stages of the coming days after 181,1 km at Cape Estaca de Bares, the 28-year-old from Team Cofidis came in 16th place as a member of an escape group and took the red Shirt. After Geniez crossed the finish line, there was a strange crash.
