Top favorite Alaphilippe wins Milan-Sanremo

The French professional cyclist Julian Alaphilippe has won the 110th classic Milan-Sanremo. Alaphilippe prevailed after 291 kilometers and almost seven hours of driving on the famous Via Roma on the Ligurian coast.
